Refund & Exchange Policy

At Hato Press, we aim to provide high-quality products and a positive shopping experience. Please read our refund and exchange policies carefully before making a purchase.

In-store Purchases

All items purchased in-store are exchange only. We do not offer refunds on any in-store purchases unless an item is faulty.

Online Purchases

You have the right to return any items purchased online within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The item is unused.

  • It is returned in its original packaging and condition.

Once the item has been inspected, we will process a refund within 14 days of receiving the returned product.

Faulty Items

If you believe your item is faulty, please contact our team at store@hatopress.net. Faulty items are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We may offer a repair, replacement, or refund depending on the nature of the fault.

Additional Information

  • Exchanges: For exchanges, please notify us within 14 days of your purchase for both in-store and online orders.

  • Postage Costs: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is faulty.

  • Exempt Items: Custom orders, limited-edition prints, and gift cards are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
